D Tuning

Two D tunings in one video… how to quickly do a “Drop D” tuning, and then a more advanced D tuning as commonly used in bluegrass and some classical music.

A “Drop D” tuning is nothing more than dropping the “E” string (6th string) to a D. This is used more and more often in hard rock and heavy metal music.
